Have you ever cried out to the Lord in despair? Not understanding why you're there, but seeking His direction and wisdom through it. You know He works all things out for the good of those who love Him. You know His ways are not your ways and His thoughts are not your thoughts. He sees from beginning to end, gives beauty for ashes, your story for His story and He makes all things new. It's not an easy place to be, but worth the journey. For the one who is leading is faithful and true. How we need to hide His Word in our hearts and stand on His Truth. It's what sustains us through the uncertainty and strengthens us for the journey.

It's the promise we can hold onto as a rope pulling us up from the depth of our despair onto level ground.
